How long will it take to ship my order?

What’s the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order, and another with tracking information when your order ships.
Can I update my shipping address?
Not once your order ships. If your order is still in pre-shipment, please reach out to us as soon as possible to see how we can help.
How do I apply my discount code or gift card?
In the checkout page, enter your discount or gift card code into the "Gift card or discount code" bar and click apply. Your total will be updated!
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States. We do not ship to international addresses or PO Boxes at this time.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping over $75 to the 48 contiguous states. Please know that free shipping only applies before taxes and after discount codes have been applied. For orders below $75 shipping to the 48 contiguous states, we charge
shipping fees based on the current UPS and USPS rates. We do not charge extra handling fees.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We typically ship within 2 business days from our studio in New Hampshire. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it can take 1-6 business days to reach you, depending on its destination.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Once your package leaves our base, we are not liable if it is lost or stolen. If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please do the following:
-If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 2-3 more days for delivery before contacting your carrier for more information.
-Check with your neighbors, lobby attendant, or front office to see if the package was left there.
-Reach out to your local UPS or USPS facility.
Please note, Gibbous Handmade is not responsible for refunding or
reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.
Return Policy
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges for undamaged items at this time. Thank you for understanding!
However, we do our best to describe each scent to the fullest, so you know exactly what to expect.
If you are unsure if you will enjoy a particular scent, please consider a smaller size or sample flight!

How should I report a missing/damaged item from my order?
Please report any damaged or missing items to hello@gibboushandmade.com within 7 days of delivery.
